About this Position

We're hiring a motivated NodeJs/NestJs Backend Developer to join our engineering team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in building backend APIs using TypeScript and NestJs frameworks, especially in collaborative environments. You will work on backend services that drive our mobile and web platforms, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using NestJs and NodeJs.
• Build clean backend architecture with modular structure.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to deliver features.
• Integrate third-party services, databases, and cloud APIs.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance
• Participate in daily stand-ups, peer code reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Skill/Personality Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you have:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess 3+ years experience in NodeJs and NestJs.
• Are fluent in TypeScript and asynchronous backend patterns.
• Can reference a company or product where your Go work was applied.
• Have used MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar in production.
• Are familiar with Git workflows, testing, and authentication
• Possess a great culture of integrity, communication, and team-work.
• Write organized, reusable, well-documented code.
